Similar to my earlier blog with Jessie, I decided to make a team using every Pokémon he technically owned throughout Kanto, temporary or otherwise.
First off, we have the Gyarados that evolved from the his Magikarp he got scammed into buying. In this version James actually treated it decently instead of seeing it as a nuisance, resulting in it staying loyal to him even after he evolving.
Next up is Arcanine. Instead of leaving his Growlithe to stay with his awful family, he took it with him on his journey and it eventually evolved when he got his hands on a Fire Stone.
And finally, the Hitmonlee they stole during the fighting tournament episode. While it technically belongs to someone, it obeyed James's commands and fought Ash and Friends without question even after their true identities were exposed. In this version the trio flees with it still under their command and adds it to her team.
With these additional Pokémon on his team, how strong do you think James might have become?
