Is this card glossy

I found this card on a Japanese website, but there are very few pictures available. I know the glossy version of this card is much more common, while the non-glossy version from the Tropical Mega Battle is extremely rare. The seller doesn’t say whether it’s glossy or not, so I’m trying to figure out which version it is.

Please help me with this!
