I’ve had this card for a while and on this celebi Japanese Neo card, on its cheek there is a sort of pokeball. I’ve been considering getting it graded because it is nm but I am trying to figure this out before hand. It isn’t holo or anything it is just there on the card and I have been trying to figure it out for a while.
