So i know that shinies have a fixed spawn rate but I feel like around certain events they are even more coveted for instance the clothing events. Does this increase demand and the seeming rarity of them or am I in my head? For instance this witch hatch Greninja I have, pretty rare but I feel like because he has the hat he is even rarer.
