When I say best I mean from a character design and general appeal standpoint, not specifically their function in the games. Although if you do like one for how they play that’s also a valid point.
My personal favourite is Iron Valiant cause it’s badass and it reminds me of Metal Sonic. Then Gardevoir would be in 2nd place and Gallade in 3rd. Not cause Gallade is bad of course, all 3 of these characters are brilliant, I’d say he’a one of my top 20 Pokemon actually, he’s just my least favourite of the 3 here.
