New Ability- Ethereal Vitality: Gradually restores the pokémons HP by 1/16 during the battle. When switching out it also restores 1/5 of it's maximum HP. (In Short: Leftovers + Weaker Regenerator as an Ability).
Signature Move- Soul Storm: This move deals damage but lowers the users Special Attack and Special Defense by one stage after using it. This move hits both opponents in doubles. When used while Misty Terrain is on the field, the move doesn't lower the user stats.
