Today's gigantamax day was most probably the most fun day in Pokémon Go since my comeback in March this year. I've gone for a local community meet up with other 300 people and it's was so pleasant to play with them and do the raids.
So my question is: When do you think the next Gigantamax day gonna happen?

They appear to be doing them monthly, so we’re likely to see the next one in May 🙂
I don’t think they announced one on the most recent save the date. As a CA, GMAX days are some of our higher performing events and a lot of people enjoy them

Hate the gatekeeping by minimum group size.
If you live in Tokyo or Singapore or have 100 real life friends who play this game, these events are “fun”
I wish Niantic would let us make Max Soup from 3 Mushrooms & use them on our existing Pokemon, then scrap this stupid max battle mechanic.
did campfire ever load gmax battles? i was hoping i could find one nearby that had people set to attend but its just blank. my area really sucks for finding people to raid with…
The max finale event could be the “???” event on the 18th July after the gofest
The sad thing is that these have been released 3 times now and you consider this a good event. There was no build up event, so we only got 4-5 battles (could have had 2 more).
Don’t get your hopes up, I’ve been waiting for a Gmax event with useful mons since November 2025. Meowth and Pikachu I don’t count since they are useless. Beside these two, only 2 Gmax mons debuted: Grimmsnarl and Snorlax, individually with months between them. If the pattern haven’t changed, I really hope you enjoyed as much as you could from todays event, because there is nothing to look forward to for quite some time. Hope I’m wrong tho!
I returned this year and was busy all of today, so hopefully soon bc I don’t have any Gmax mons yet 😭

Nah today sucked. Worked during local hours and spent $40 to do 20 remote charizard raids for nothing good.
Why is the catch rate so bad on these? I’ve never felt so convinced to never spend another penny as I did today.
To clarify: I have over 1200 golden raspberries, so yes, always using them. I was in Bryant Park for two hours today and only successfully caught one Charizard, two Blastoise, two gengar, zero Venusaur out of more than 15 raids. That doesn’t include the two failed catches on successful raids that I did in the morning when I didn’t feel like going to the park because of rain and 40F weather.
This is absolutely ridiculous and I’m sorry but I have to start valuing my time and money with companies that value me. It was bad enough with the abysmal wild spawn legendary catch rate, now this? Had no issue with the legendary raids today, only gigantamax.
Been a pretty week spring. No new megas introduced, after having 3 at once, then crickets… there’s so many to introduce! Lol. Not to mention having th3se 4 gigantimax rerun so many times now. I dunno, this is probably the worst season of pogo in a long while.
Hope we never have one of these again. Went 0-15 on Shiny, everyone arguing over which boss to do, people splintering up, some people have the ticket, some don’t, people leave early, it’s just struggle city. And all of these are outclassed now besides Gengar. I’ll be fine to skip next time

Today was good two manage to catch all 4 and won my battles all my Pokemon survived except against Gengar when he easily blew them away
Just my 2 cents but Remote limit needs to be higher than 20 for these when there’s multiple mons to raid at least let us do 30-40 in instances like this and more events like the max finale last year.
My guess could be Eevee.
But otherwise I feel if any. Going by release + Shiny. Likely Corviknight would be the next Gmax day. Or perhaps Centiskorch.

I really wish they would do another meta relevant gigantamax day. We have now had meowth, pikachu, and some fairly mediocre retreads. And while folks tout gigantamax Gengar a lot, I can’t help but think that it is so glassy it is going to get one-shotted a lot.
Can we please have something that is top tier, please? I ignored gigantamax at first as I really wanted to avoid groups… but I finally caved and have been joining the local group. But please make it worth my while. I guess at least I got some dex fillers on this recycler event. But now that I’ve decided to actually do gigantamax it would be nice to have some top stuff.
