Returning to the game for the first time in a while. Gengar always been my fav Pokémon but I’m wondering why he’s so low cp? What do the 3stars mean when his cp can’t even go higher than 2800 when powered up? Also wondering why his big attack isn’t ghost or poison… Nver heard of a ghost Pokémon with focus blast
