[OC] Here’s a redesign of Mega Raichu

Hi there! Here's my redesign of the Raichu Mega Evolution!

I really do not like the originals as I think they take much away from the characterization of Raichu. Here I leaned more into the third scrapped evolution of Raichu (Gorochu) while trying to keep in the same color scheme zone of Raichu.
