My crops could solve world hunger
So hears the idea, Mew has transform, which copies attacks, defenses and speed, just like Ditto. Ditto has imposter which does the exact same thing but passively. What if Mew had that instead. Ditto is omnipresent as at least a niche pick but held back by its low hp, making it worse than whatever it copies half the time. Mew on the other hand is also a low tier mon but for opposite reasons. Mew has a 600 BST and a top 3 movepool in terms of how wide it is, yet averages PU because of its mid ability, that is it. If Ditto has a good ability and Mew has everything but a good ability (though would lose all that except hp if transformed) would it be good if Mew got Imposter?
Now this just seems like taking a bad mon and giving it 40 hp but I think 40 hp on ditto is a lot more than it seems. In the game, 90% of the mons have a hp stat below 100, meaning that your mew (with a hp max ev) is guarunteed to be better in terms of everything except maybe item in a mirror match. I think this is compensated by being able to copy a mega or form change mon without it's item. Would this be Ubers?
