So after getting done with a battle I sent out a different pokemon on my team and when they shiny sound effect popped up it was a way different noise, is this rare? And if so what are the chances?

Is that sound not something to do with the task ZA royale completing?

That sound is not related to shinies. It is related to completing tasks in the Z-A Royale, but I do not know exactly what triggers it.

Could it have been to do with camera position when they emerged?
Edit: Or as other posts say, perhaps it was timing with tasks

It is the sound of you completing the task of knocking out 3 pokemon using electric moves.

Not answering the question here, but I wish there was more varieties with shiny pokemon, now that they’re pretty easy to get.
Sword and shield added a little bit with the Star/Square variants, and PLA added Alphas (and therefore Shalphas) to the mix.
Imagine if we had those, along with different sparkle sounds? Or if we had different sparkle animations, like a callback to the game the shiny originated from? A gen 3 pokemon would sparkle a lot like how it did in gen 3, a gen 5 Shiny would sparkle like it did in gen 5, etc.

Yeah that sounds about right, idk it felt like a shiny sound and the timing was pretty perfect, but I think it was the task completing
