Here's my submission to an official LEGO Ideas building challenge for Pokémon card designs. I chose to make a vignette Meowth tossing a handful of coins, as he emerges from the tall grass!
To create this model, I started with building the cat's eyes and face, and then worked around it to create the body and eventually the whole scene. The flying coins were the last minute addition. There's a bit of design flaws due to time constraints. Notably the cat's feet and neck are weak, and subject to toppling over.
