Hello everyone! I just want to spread some awareness regarding online Target orders for Pokemon cards. I received my package today and suspected it to be empty when I picked it up. I took photos and a video of all sides of the package before opening it for documentation. It didn’t look tampered with, it just felt empty. I called customer service and best they could do is a refund. He also told me that Target distribution centers uses brown paper tape or brown plastic tape, never clear ones. Others who received their orders did say that they have clear tape on their packages with no issues. I don’t know if the customer representative is misinformed or what. If anyone can clarify this, please do share. 🙏
