If you want the 100% IV Lucario, you have to put in the work. I spent Riolu Hatch Day at the Singapore Sports Hub testing the absolute dumbest ways to hatch eggs in Pokémon GO.
We tested everything from power walking and running, to perfectly mapped squares, the MRT, and even the forbidden shortcut of driving.
Did I find the ultimate, most efficient way to clear out incubators? Yes.
Did I look completely unhinged doing the Gangnam Style to trigger Adventure Sync? Also yes.

I know some of it was completely unhinged but I can’t believe some of that actually worked!

Best method for me is utility bike on fit. But pogo must be closed.
Put the phone in a stocking and spin it around…. Or use a bicycle.
Replace MRT with "The Bus". Traffic makes bus go slow enough to hatch 🙂
Invest in a swing.
I hatch like crazy with my E-kickboard. Driving 2km in 10 min and I hatch my 2km eggs
Phone Rocker if were going to include any transportation. Phone rocker at a pokestop is the goat. You just have to time it and launch the app cant see when they are hatching.
Biking is a great way to man 👍
Electric bike is pretty goated. mines only peddle assist
they also solve the unfun part of biking, uphill ~ can can go on pavement to have straight lines cars cant get or go on grass/ through parks.
you could also try putting it on a ceiling fan by some string ~
you could also try a remote control toy car
you could also try a sonic toothbrushes vibrations
you could also try the vibrations of a washing machine

You forgot the sock method
I don;t know if its built into the pogo app or if its the google fitness app. but one of them detects if you're walking on a treadmill by the motion of your phone in your pocket. so if you can set something up to simulate that…
Find an automatic baby swing at the secondhand store. You'll never need to leave the house.
Google fit app + track activity – treadmill…no need for actual treadmill though just lots of shaking.
Okay, so biking I feel like is a must because in the mainline games, biking is the best way to hatch eggs. I have been curious on testing this myself, but it's a variation of the "sock method" but instead of tracking your walking via the game, shove the phone in your actual sock and see if adventure sync gives you more than actual walking.
Other ways I have always been curious on but never tested: putting it on your dog and letting him run around (adventure sync). Putting your phone in a foam ball and throwing it back and forth with a friend.
Lastly, the forbidden shortcut, have two phones each logged in the same account and be ~80m away and switch between logging on between the two phones every 30seconds.
