Paid full MSRP for this cleffa on TCG. Is this acceptable to you?

I wanted to display this on my desk because I thought it looked cool. I just got this in today and the centering is atrocious. Is this normal experience from buying online?

    it’s NM but off center. I’d be cautious buying online without seeing pictures of the exact copy you’re looking at. it’s also acceptable to ask a seller for more pictures if you’re skeptical of scam or damage.
