Vaporeon EX was the first card I crafted when Pulsing Aura announced and I’m glad to say this combo works! Vaporeon EX, unlike its eeveelution counterparts has high amounts of health along with heavy helmet synergy making it a great tank! Pair it with its ability to swap out your opponent’s active every turn and the new Milotic and Parasol Lady healing loop, Vaporeon becomes incredibly hard to take out! This deck worked really well for me but there certainly will be matchups that can take this down. Overall I would still recommend this deck as it’s a fun and unique way to play Vaporeon EX!
