My flareon is held up in a gym so I can't use that one but when I go to appraise my Pokemon I only starred the ones that rank 3 stars. My highest CP Pokemon don't even hold one star so what should I do? I live in a rural area and play by myself my Flareon has been defending a gym for over 4 days with 0 battles so not sure when I'll get that one back. I literally lose every time I battle rocket and when I go to the 1500 league they still kick my ass. It's getting really frustrating.
