Where did all my tags go? Did an update break this feature?

I no longer have the "Tags" tab at the top of the Pokémon storage screen or the ability to add a tag in the pop-up menu for a Pokémon. Is this a temporary bug or did I lose all the tags I carefully applied to my Pokémon?
