Picked up this booster box for chaos rising from the Pokemon Center in Taiwan – are they like Japanese guaranteed pulls inside or just better hit rates?
Also are traditional Chinese cards worth much? Regardless it was fun to pull and the art is still really good!

It’s the same hit rate as Japanese boxes. Traditional Chinese cards are printed in the same factories as Japanese cards, so they are the same quality. However, they are worth less because they are mostly collected in Hong Kong and Taiwan only. I started collecting Traditional Chinese instead of other languages because I can get them for less than $3 a pack
