Is it worth using my elite charged TM to get Earth Power on my Shadow Garchomp? I want some good raid attackers. Im getting back into the game after not playing since release, and don’t have a ton of great attackers. Anything else worth using it on? I also was thinking about using my Elite Fast TM on Lucario for Force Palm, but don’t want to waste them if I get something else it’s more useful for. Let me know what you guys think. If there’s a better sub for advice like this let me know. Thanks!
