So if you didn’t want Espeon because it’s Johto or Lapras because of Blastoise, who should’ve been Red’s 6th team member? Excluding his LGPE team

For me, I definitely still prefer Espeon a lot, and Lapras or Poliwrath if Red didn't have all three starters.

And also, imo, his LGPE team should've had Rapidash and Hitmonlee, Arcanine and Machamp are too associated with Blue to be Red's, hell, if Blue bench his Charizard, he would have a Arcanine as his fire type, so Red should have a Rapidash because Leaf/Green has Ninetales, so Red has to complete the trio, and he could have a Vileplume so his Pikachu isn't the only short guy in the group lol.

Oh yeah, maybe Mewtwo can be an obvious, but he would've been too OP maybe, so have your guesses about 6th member without repeating types in any of his team members
