Yesterday during entei raid day, I used a remote pass, game didn’t give me an encounter, and when I clicked on the gym again to see if I could get the encounter I deserve, it said I hadn’t defeated it. I made a support ticket about it and decided to just use the other 2 passes I had. I wake this morning to a “response from support”, and I didn’t get compensated for their game being broken.
