More of a rant than anything else. Niantic support is useless and has informed me we are not getting boosted stardust from star pieces when we claim these rewards. This used to be standard practice for me. Save up all stardust, then when a good event comes that benefits from star piece (ie g-max day), pop a star piece and claim these rewards on downtime.
