I didn’t get the Shadow Landorus encounter after beating Giovanni, and support hasn’t replied yet.

I submitted a ticket on Saturday after beating Giovanni as my game went back to the map and never gave me the Landorus encounter.

It’s been four days and I don’t have any updates from support… 🫤
