Most of the talking scenes have this really shifty AI generated body language, and especially with Peppy and Falco their dialogue feels like it was burped up by chatgpt.
The way the characters move at the last second of each of their clips, and how they're all about 6 ~ 8 seconds long, it just reaks of AI-generated work.

I don’t get that vibe at all.
I doubt it? it would ruin Nintendo’s reputation too much to use something so hated. the scenes are consistent across cuts, which genai can’t replicant. the geometry makes sense when you look at the background.
besides some faces looking off, likely due to being anthro and the way cutscenes usually work and because of how little time they have for a preview, I don’t see how you think this is AI when it doesn’t have any of the other telltale signs
that’s just good old classic video game cutscene jank
I highly doubt its AI. Nintendo for all there faults is still pretty traditional
No, you’ve just been a little stunted by social media paranoia man.
Nintendo literally said they wont use gen ai in their games. They may lie about other things but i believe them on this
Your brain has to be cooked to think this is ai
It is the default simple person who claims everything is ai
We can tell it isn’t AI because it isn’t especially great. It looks like a decidedly stiff and detailed new art style. I believe ai would look “better” than that
Is not AI. Is just poorly directed character design.
Everything is AI when you don’t know what you’re talking about.
I’m guessing this is satire, I’m hoping it is satire, but if it is satire it doesn’t land.
If this is genuine, boy…
are you serious???
Truly, sincerely, what are you talking about. Is this the first video you’ve seen in your life.
The worst symptom of generative AI is people mistaking everything for AI.
We’re cooked
When teachers are saying that zoomers are dumb, this is what they mean.
I hate AI as much as the next person but we really gotta stop accusing every single thing of being AI
No, it’s not.
Im going to be honest, his current design looks really similar to the original Starfox boxart and poster for snes. If anything he us truer to his original design. I like it.
You are basing these off tropes of AI but you don’t understand why. AI videos often have short clips because it’s expensive to generate long clips. Generally people making funny videos, scams, or propaganda are looking to spend as little money as possible. A company making a movie or videogame would have the funds to make long scenes.
You’re posting this on a Nintendo sub, where no one here is interested in having this discussion.
Regarding your post, I don’t think it is AI generated, but it does share the same “qualities” as many AI generated content out there, mainly the stilted voice acting.
I think Nintendo wants this game the biggest mass appeal as possible, so they gave Star Fox a MCU makeover. The new voice lines feel very MCU like, and the photorealistic graphics are meant to grab normies to the series. It will work. You could argue something closer to home Fox was presented in the Mario movie or that 2D animation is more appealing, an yes it is, but this has broader appeal with people that probably never touched a videogame. This is not meant for Star Fox fans, this for that guy that buys FIFA every year.
That’s a stretch for attention.
AI or not, this was made on a computer. I think that’s probably all you’re picking up on tbh. CGI was around way before AI-generated stuff.
But also, AI doesn’t always do smaller details well. Imo the fact that all their ships have very clear text with their names on them should tell you it wasn’t AI.
it obviously isn’t. alot of things look and sound like ai because ai is fed off of these artists, and these artists are inspired by the art that ai has scraped.
What? Of course not.
I know gen-AI is a problem, but you need to calm down.
That being said, just because you don’t like how the visuals look doesn’t necessarily mean it’s gen-AI. It’s just the more realistic art direction.
Looks AI as fuck
This post is literally engagement bait
