Bulbapedia’s April 2026 page stats

Unsurprisingly, the release of Pokémon Champions this month has had a big impact on our species rankings – you can bet that visitors aren't checking out Floette's page for the regular forme!

On the other end of the spectrum, all three elemental monkeys clambered out of the crab bucket (again, probably thanks to their availability in Champions) and familiar faces have fallen down to take their place. We've begun to notice a genuine grassroots fanclub emerging for Klang on social media, though the factors working against it – being a middle evo with limited game distribution – seems to consistently counteract whatever community effort is made to give it a popularity boost.

How dare they hurt Dubwool like this!!!

Dubwool’s fine, it’s just that Wooloo was available in ONE GODDAMN GAME.

I enjoyed using it in Pokemon GO. It’s not as good as Greedent, but it’s still very nice.

They’re really not giving shits about 2010’s normal types.

You have no clue how much times i have searched for archaludon’s weaknesses on the past month

  5. Bottom six for a starter middlestage is wild. Probably one of the least popular starter lines but still. Out of 1k+ ending up there is crazy

I definitely looked up Yungoos because I was toying around with keeping one on my Scarlet team… I was checking movesets and abilities to see if I could make him decent, decided to drop him after all…

Definitely contributed to the Dragonite and Starmie pages during my latest LeafGreen run.

    Klang back where he belongs.

I believe Klang disproves the “every Pokemon is someone’s favorite” sentiment. I’m not gonna count the ungenuine #KlangGang movements, they’re just so fake. Klang is the least searched in [Pokemon.com](http://Pokemon.com) and Bulbapedia for a reason.

If someone claims that their favorite Pokemon is Klang, why is it not Klinklang instead? There probably aren’t a lot of people whose favorite is Klinklang, but Klang is just the incomplete version of a line that isn’t cute, pretty, strong, or badass.

For the first time in a while none of the elemental monkeys are in the bottom 6.

  11. it was I who looked at Dubwool’s Bulbapedia page the other day

I’m surprised that there weren’t more Gen 1 up with the rerelease of FR/LG

This post legit just reminded me that Wooloo evolves 🥴

I wonder how many of these people are wondering if we are finally gonna find out what Lucario and Garchomp’s Z-Mega abilities are…

The Klinklang line upsets me cause they have 100 Atk, 115 Def and 90 Spe for a pure steel type but they mostly learn special type moves with 70 Sp Atk.

I like their design but for the love of Arceus they need a better move pool to actually be a useful attacker

Floette and Archaludon are at the top because people have to double-check their weight stats after Heavy Slam did nothing to Mega Floette

The klonk is just steam powered Magnemite but without steam. I understand why it’s not popular.

Wow, Champions is seriously influential here.

Although I don’t think I’ve ever looked up mons for VGC on Bulbapedia lol but that might just be me.
