I just decided to open my Lucario Vstar Promos from Crown Zenith so I could sleeve em up, and noticed one of the cards was not like the others. It had little red circles at the top! Can anyone explain this to me? Would these make the card more desirable for some? I took photos of one of the normal cards to compare.
