not sure if this was reported or not, but I got a poke lid gift from Matteo and I didn't trigger the stamp animation unfortunately. although it was a pleasure surprise.

Do we know how long gifts last in the pool? Or the age of this pokélid’s stop?
Is it possible this was sent before the Stamp Rally started, thus not awarding the stamp?
I previously asked about *regular* gifts not rewarding stamps, and the answer was that if it was obtained before the Stamp Rally started, it wouldn’t include the stamp. So perhaps this gift was sent before the beginning of the Rally?

I live in Japan and when you try to send a stamp gift as the first interaction, it gives you a warning that it will only work for Good friends or better. You can still send the gift if you click ok, but I’m assuming that this was probably your first interaction.
Happened to me yesterday.
Its likely an old one before stamp rally went live. I had spun the ho oh one in 2024 during the wild area week. I sent it to my friend this year 2026, and it didnt give him stamp rally .
