Bought this Lugia a few months ago and sent it to PSA about a month ago with the Express option because I’m impatient. So here I am, asking the veterans of this hobby—what do you think it’ll be? My guess is PSA 7–8. Someone tried paying me not to grade it and I feel like they were trying to finesse me 🤣.

The wavy look is just the lighting from PSA
Genuinely who cares? Grading is something scalpers like to do and use to artificially jump up the price for Pokémon cards anyways. If you have any respect for yourself and for the hobby of trading card games then you should really just put the card you love in a picture frame to display it.
