I think it would be amazing to add a special adventure effect for hoopa that would allow us to teleport to some select hotspots for quick and easy raids. regionals. etc. For example. NYC central park. Shibuya. And Zaragoza.

This is a cool idea! A maybe slightly more feasible version could be to just create a fake “hoopa” dimension where people using the effect go.
This would be truely amazing for us, therefore I don’t think they would actually ad it… But yeah, the idea seems nice to me (rural player).
We’d get to see cool and rare pokestops from around the world, I’m sure there’s lots of hilarious and cursed ones in the nooks and cranny’s of the world

Then the remote raid pass would be useless…. And therefore a big chunk of the game’s revenue.
And remote trade would be pointless. And in person Go fest would be pointless since everyone can now be in person. And regionals would not be regionals. And vivilions would being region exclusive would be usless.
Id love this ability but realistically it will be a fever dream because they will never let this happen.

Instead, a cooler and more realistic Hoopa-themed mechanic would be using Hoopa’s rings as a raid summon ability.
Imagine this: if you activate a special Hoopa Ring mode during a raid, and Hoopa is on your team, it could summon legendary or other powerful Pokémon through its portals to help in battle.
For example, say you’re doing a Mewtwo raid with only 3 players physically there (you + 2 friends), which can be tough for rural or lower-level trainers. Since Hoopa is canonically all about summoning Pokémon through portals, it could call in helpers like Gengar, Darkrai, or Giratina (preset battle assistants).
So instead of just:
You (Hoopa) + Friend 1 (Hydreigon) + Friend 2 (Tyranitar)
you’d get:
You + Friend 1 + Friend 2 + Hoopa Summon #1 + Hoopa Summon #2 + Hoopa Summon #3
That turns a difficult 3-player raid into something much more manageable without completely breaking the game.
To make it even better, this could work like Mega evolution progression:
* Level 1 Hoopa Summon: up to 3 helper Pokémon (Lv40)
* Level 2: up to 4 helpers
* Level 3: up to 5 helpers (Lv50 maxed)
This would fit Hoopa’s lore way better than teleportation, help rural players massively, and create a unique raid mechanic instead of just another travel shortcut.
Personally, I think this would create a ton of issues and is a terrible idea
Bro, I’m over here just asking for a send/receive all gifts button…a reasonable QOL addition and you are literally asking for the world.
That would be nice but defeat the purpose of regional exclusives. Also they would absolutely charge real money for this.
randomly chosen regional specific raid would be really fun. they would never, but it would be a lot of fun.
This is sick, some time a go I was thinking in koraidon and Miraidon, to get a especial effect that allows you to “travel” ridding them, something like you can move 5 or 10 km around you to whit a joystick to catch pokes, spin pokestops, do raids m, fight gyms etc. Maybe half an hour a day or 1 hour, rural players will love this
