So to keep it in context I was running an auction for a team rockets dugtrio. Buyer asked for pictures of every corner and I sent it to him. Everything looked good and I sold the card. I ship plenty of cards in a top loader and in a bubble wrap mailer making sure it’s tight and well protected. I now got this buyer making a claim that the card is bent which I know is a scam because he’s now trying to get a refund because the price went down. I’m just wondering how I should handle this because his reason is absolutely stupid in my opinion and I don’t believe that this was actually bent because it was how shipped out all the other cards for my 50+ orders :/ his comment: “This Pokémon card was placed in a mailer instead of a hard box and it got bent here are some photos I can't pay top dollar for something that is bend down the middle this is for my collection” thinking what I should do since I know eBay isn’t going to be on my side.
