Age old Question to Purify or not to Purify, and which evolution should I do?

Ok. Serious question. Do I purify for the Hundo, or evolve and level up? And which evolution? I have loads of shadow Ralts that I either have purified and evolved, so I have two near perfect Gallades already but no Hundo, what are your thoughts?
