As far as i can tell they are good for cheerleading.
Are max moves at lvl 3? I’m guessing not since you haven’t bothered leveling your attacker.

It depends on your teammate, your team is not that good (it is a great lineup vs registeel without focus blast but you need to power them up more) and you will need decent teammate to win. This team lineup performs the best vs registeel with flash cannon/zap cannon moveset.
It is definitely worth it to power up all your mon to level 30 if you have the candy, all of those mon are excellent for max raid and it is something you won’t regret
The stats gain per power up before level 30 are more efficient and it doesn’t take a lot of resources to power up especailly one of your blissey is lucky which cost 1/2 dust to power up.
Also level 30 blissey allows it to take 3x hyper beam before faint (i’d power it up to ~2390cp just to be safe)
Try to do registeel with a full party and learn how to dodge target attack attack consistantly and also make sure your blissey and excadrill have the right fast move (pound/mud shot) then you should be good to go.

I had a 40 lvl blissey with 3 lvl guard and 2 lvl heal , 30 lvl blissey with nothing, lvl 40 excadrill and it took me several trials to beat it. The best you can do is to **level it up** **the Blissey as much as possible** and wait for fairly decent teammates.
So far from my experience, most of the Pokegenie players do not use tanks properly, but with a well leveled up blissey, you can be the tank and healer in your team and that is enough. But make sure the leveled Blissey does not die.
**Wait until flash cannon.** You can take it down easily.

Difficult to say as we don’t know what max moves are leveled. It’s an ok team, you’re not going to be solo or duoing it with that, but you’ll be able to help out. You could potentially provide heals and keep the other players in the battle, but you need to be careful if it has focus blast
