Anyway to quickly get rid of max particles?



I have a challenge to collect MP from 10 different locations. But I’m infinitely full from my max. I don’t even know how I have this much…

    Tomorrow is max Monday so there will be increased max battles in the area

    Save them for Thursday, registeel comes out and it’s 800 per raid or level up moves on ur dynamax raid pokemon.

    Either us them during max Monday to try and get a good iv, or shiny dynamax, or power up moves for dynamax or gigantamax tou already have.
    You get 6k for leveling up moves for 600+ particles each, or for a 1 star dynamax battle (250 particles) you get 7.5k exp per battle.
