How have I done so far (level 32)? Just want to know if I’m doing good and what direction I should go to get more rare mons.

These are really the best I got and although I’m grateful for the 3 shinies I am a level 32. How do I compare to most people at level 32 because I only have a zygarde (non shiny) as far as legendaries are concerned. (3rd pic to indicate I’m a dragon tamer)
