Is this binder bad for my cards?

I got this binder because it looked pretty cool but now I'm afraid that it might damage my cards. It seems weird that I have to place 2 cards in one slot. Is it safe for my cards or not? (I also have some more valuable cards like Ethan's Ho-oh which is one of my, favorite cards here which is also the main reason I'm making this post)
