Pop 10 PSA 8.5 Blastoise EX FRLG

I have a Pop 10 PSA 8.5 Blastoise EX from EX Fire ared Leaf Green. Rarer than PSA 10… are there PSA 8.5 collectors?

You hardly see 8.5’s from PSA.
