I noticed green was rarer than white. Yellow and white spawned quite frequently in Auckland for me vs a few green

I just caught the Green Hundo Level 1 (in shorts), and I can confirm the white one is most rare. On the hunt..
It seems like this event will just be a dex entry event for me. I'm not going to play particularly hard.
The shadows are coming out, followed by to get so much candies to make at least two shadows per league 😂
