You have two options when it comes to Habitats for Swampert: the Muddy Spa or the Basin Tall Grass and Coral locations.
The Muddy Spa can be the more complicated of the two, but has a higher chance of bringing Swampert to your town. You can create the Muddy Spa by placing a wide Seat on the side of Muddy Water, with a Bathtime Set, and the Gyarados Fountain. You can find the Gyarados Fountain on the northwest side of the Bubbly Basin, to the west of the bridge from the map’s center. The Gyarados Fountain does need to hang from a block. You also need to make sure there are at least two Muddy Water blocks in front of this habitat to complete it.
The Basin Tall Grass and Coral location is a three-by-two area, with four pieces of Tall Grass side by side on one side, and then a piece of Tall Coral and a Small Coral next to each other on another side. These two need to be touching to create a complete habitat.
Swampert’s Ideal Habitat
Swampert prefers a Bright environment when it has a home. There are several ways you can increase a location’s brightness, with lamps, natural lighting, or lamp posts. You may need to use electricity and have it accessible to this area to provide the highest amount of brightness for Swampert.
All Swampert Favorites
These are all of Swampert’s Favorite things.

You can add any of these items or furniture to Swampert’s habitat to improve its happiness. You can also speak with Swampert at least once a day to ask for recommendations on what you can do to make its home a better place!
All Swampert Specialties
You cannot learn any new moves from Swampert, but they do have access to the Build and Bulldoze Specialty. When it comes to the Build Specialty, it allows a Pokemon to lead the construction efforts whenever you’re building a new location somewhere in your town. For the Bulldoze Specialty, it allows a Pokemon to assist in demolishing a building, relocating it, or rebuilding it.
