Playing Sailor is a Habitat that you can make in the Bubbly Basin region of Pokopia. It’s one of the several locations you can make to bring Pokemon to your town. How to Make Playing Sailor Habitat
You can make the Playing Sailor Habitat by setting down a Big Treasure Chest as the main piece for this area. To the side of it, set down a Wooden Crate of any type, and then place a Bottled Ship on top of it. In front of the Wooden Crate, you need to place a Ship’s Wheel, and that will finish this Habitat.

The Big Treasure Chest is available after you register at least 25 Pokemon from the Bubbly Basin region, and that means you may have to hold off on completing this location until you’ve done that part.
As for the Bottled Ship, there’s a chance that you can find it as an available recipe at the Bubbly Basin PC Daily Shop, but you can also find the item available at the PC shop. After you have at least one, you can 3D print more copies at the Bubbly Basin Pokemon Center or other Pokemon Centers.
The other main item is the Ship’s Wheel. You can find that in the base game of Pokopia, in the Bleak Beach region. It’s inside the chimney of the S. S. Anne.
