After so many years, Call of Duty has returned to Nintendo, and, well, you’re going to need a lot of download space, no matter whether you buy it in a store or digitally on the eShop.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 only comes on Switch 2 as a download code, which means you’ll be downloading the 84GB required for the game. Granted, that’s not the biggest game on Switch 2 as of late.
Modern Warfare 4 will bring “grounded, authentic, high-stakes military action” back to Call of Duty across Campaign, Multiplayer, and DMZ. The game’s setting this time around is a global conflict on the Korean Peninsula, as the threat of invasion looms over the South.
Different stores are also offering different preorder bonuses. At EB Games, there’s a coin, while JB Hi-Fi is offering a dog tag. You’ll also get 2XP for a limited time in the game. If you purchase any digital version of the game you can access the campaign starting October 17th, however the game is out properly out on October 23rd.
