I finally built my XL bastiodon with the same IVs as yours and I’m running thris team except with XL sab instead of carbink and the XL bastiodon is a monster 😂 I def notice a difference compared to my old non XL bast
Just undo the Poison Fang nerf. Let Nidoqueen back into the meta and Carbink will be checked without hard buffing much of anything else other than Golbat. With stuff like Greninja and Jellicent being more common, Nidoqueen herself won't be as dominant as she was several seasons ago.

This is exactly why Ultra League is the goat for me. It doesn't have such a variety of annoying Pokémon and also has a much higher skill cap (IMO).
