Earlier this month, a major Switch 2 firmware update added VRR output to docked mode. This included an update to the game Welcome Tour, which now allows players to experience the “VRR Slider Demo” in TV mode.
Now, following this patch for Welcome Tour, Nintendo has released another update for the same game. Unfortunately, this time it doesn’t detail what exactly has been improved, but we’re guessing it’s something connected to the previous game update. Here are the patch notes, according to Nintendo’s official support page:

General
Several issues have been addressed to improve the gameplay experience.
As noted in the previous update for this game, the tech demo VRR Slider can be located in the Joy-Con 2 (L) Inner Area.
If you haven’t already tested out VRR in docked, you may also be required to update your Switch 2 dock. You can do this by navigating to the Switch 2 settings and selecting the dock update option. You can find out more about Welcome Tour in our review here on Nintendo Life.
